Made from an infusion of cherries, this cream is prepared in the old-fashioned way: maceration in neutral alcohol for 3/4 months in our cellars and then lightly pressed to make a particularly fragrant fruit infusion. Delicious on its own when served chilled, it can also be enjoyed as an aperitif with a white or sparkling wine or as a coulis.
