Crème de Mûre

Made from an infusion of blackberries, this cream has the sweet, gourmet characteristics as well as a slight touch of acidity, typical of the fresh blackberry. It is prepared in the old fashioned way: maceration in neutral alcohol for 3/4 months in our cellars and then lightly pressed to make a particularly fragrant fruit infusion.
