Conseils d’utilisation :

Versez 3–4 cl dans un verre à absinthe, ajoutez un sucre sur une cuillère spéciale, puis versez lentement de l’eau glacée pour créer la “louche” — l’absinthe passera d’un vert limpide à un opalescent.
Absinthe Highball: 4 cl Absinthe Jade Nouvelle-Orléans + eau gazeuse bien fraîche + glaçons, pour une version longue et rafraîchissante.
New Orleans Fizz: 4 cl absinthe + 2 cl jus de citron + 1 cl sirop simple + soda + glace — un cocktail léger, frais et floral.
