Absinthes

The Combier Distillery already produced absinthe in 1899 until it was banned in 1915. In 2004, the distillery relaunched the production of authentic absinthes in its period stills. After having invested heavily, the master distiller Combier obtained an amendment to the regulations paving the way for a revival of traditional French absinthe.
