Pricing
The sale price of products is given in euros (€) inclusive of VAT (EUR TTC). A flat-rate is charged for delivery, depending on the delivery address. Naturally, the products ordered are invoiced at the price in effect at the time of ordering. Invoices will be deemed to be accurate unless otherwise contested by registered letter within five days of their receipt by the addressee, as per the date on the postmark.
Payment
Products may be purchased via Visa, Mastercard and Paypal payment. All orders made through our online shop are payable upon ordering, in euros only by bank card. Where an order form is downloaded, payment should be made by cheque. Products are the property of Combier until full payment of the product price. In the event of non-payment or refusal of payment authorization from the accredited bodies, Combier reserves the right to refuse to process orders.
Payment Security
Payments by bank card or Paypal are made through the secure Prestashop system which uses the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This uses software to encrypt the transmitted information so that no third party can read it during its transmission over the internet.
Products
The products offered for sale in our shop are presented in such a way that the buyer is precisely informed before ordering of the characteristics of the selected product. We describe products as accurately as possible. However, our shop will not be held responsible if an error were to appear. Product photos are by no means contractually binding, and Combier therefore accepts no responsibility in the event of their inaccuracy, nor the cancellation of any orders already processed. The products and other promotions advertised by the Combier shop are only valid while stocks last. Should a product be out of stock, Combier reserves the right to offer the same product in different packaging.

Deliveries are made Mondays to Fridays.
Orders are usually delivered within eight days. However, these deadlines are given for information only and may not exceed the legal deadline of 30 days from the day after ordering.
The delivery of the ordered item(s) is made to the buyer’s home or to any address provided at ordering, from the receipt of the order or payment.
Delivery is considered to have been made from the date of the first presentation of the goods to the buyer. The delivery of the goods will be made against signature of a delivery slip by the client.
Customers are required to check the conformity of the goods delivered at the time of delivery, before signing the delivery slip.
Any anomaly concerning the delivery (damage, product missing compared to the delivery note, damaged package, broken products, etc.) must be imperatively stipulated on the delivery note in the form of “handwritten reservations”, accompanied by the client’s signature.
Combier cannot be held responsible in the event of a delay or difficulties in delivery due to strikes, lack of trucks or wagons, fire or in any cases of force majeure, fortuitous events, war events or domestic disturbances. Combier shall not be liable for the consequences of frost.
Withdrawal / Return of orders
You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within fourteen days.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you, or a third party designated by you, excluding the transport company, takes physical possession of the goods or last item ordered.
To exercise the right to return an order, your decision to withdraw from this contract must be clearly communicated to us, for example, by letter sent by post, fax or email.
For the withdrawal to be valid, you must simply notify us of your wish to exercise your right of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period.
In the event of your withdrawal from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen, where applicable, a method of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us), without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will refund you using the same payment method that you used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree to a different method. In any event, you shall not incur any costs as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof of shipping of the goods, whichever is the earliest.
Applicable Law - Disputes
The interpretation and execution of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, as well as all resulting acts, will be subject to French law.
In the event of litigation, the courts of Nantes (Loire-Atlantique) will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless Combier prefers to elect another competent court, in particular where the customer lives or where the goods were delivered.
