Crème de Pêche de Vigne

The vine peaches, provided by many individuals in the region in September, will be macerated in neutral alcohol in our cellars. After 3 months of maceration, these fruits will have released the maximum of their aromas and their color. The resulting infusion will then have reached its fullness, giving birth to a high quality product with notes of ripe peach.
