We warm up with a machiatto latte made from rose syrup and coconut syrup. For espresso, choose a specialty coffee with a floral aromatic profile (jasmine, earl gray) from Ethiopia or a Panama Geisha.

For preparation, just ...

  1. Mix the milk and syrups
  2. Prepare the milk mousse using a steam nozzle or, if necessary, a milk frother will be suitable
  3. Pour the milk froth into a high transparent glass
  4. Pour the espresso in the center of the glass
  5. Decorate with rosebuds
  6. Enjoy !
