  1. Cool your glass with ice cubes
  2. Pour the ingredients into a shaker
  3. Shake
  4. Reserve the ice cubes and pour the mixture into the glass

Tip: prepare the Mai Tai base in a bottle in advance to go faster when serving! Fill a bottle with Royal Combier, Guignolet d'Anjou, Gin Meridor, amaretto syrup and L'Entêté absinthe as indicated above. It then remains to pour 6cl of the "Combier Mai Tai" base and complete with the squeezed orange juice. Enjoy !
